Comprehensive Passenger Information System (PIS)
A modern Passenger Information System (PIS) is more than just a display—it is an integrated network of hardware and software that delivers accurate, real-time updates to passengers while capturing vital onboard data for operational intelligence.
It encompasses both the visual infrastructure that keeps passengers informed throughout their journey, and the video recording systems necessary for proactive safety monitoring and regulatory compliance.
ADLINK’s integrated PIS portfolio addresses these core needs through two critical layers:
- The Display Layer: Rugged, highly visible panels for seamless passenger communication.
- The NVR Layer: AI-enabled Network Video Recorders for intelligent onboard safety and incident documentation.
Purpose-built for the harshest railway environments, ADLINK’s PIS solutions are fully EN 50155 compliant, proven in the field, and trusted by Tier-1 railway operators worldwide.
