ADLINK Technology Inc., a global leader in edge computing and an NVIDIA Elite Partner, will showcase its AI Smart Factory innovation at the upcoming NVIDIA GTC conference at booth #430. Leveraging NVIDIA Jetson Orin modules and the Omniverse platform, ADLINK AI Smart Factory has deployed AI inspections and digital twins for enhanced production efficiency and quality. At the conference, ADLINK will also demonstrate other products from its embedded computing portfolio, including the NEON AI Smart Camera, Open Frame monitor series, AVA-RAGX, DLAP-211-Orin, Pocket AI portable GPU, and MLB-IGX Medical Box PC.
ADLINK AI Smart Factory solution is a collaboration with NVIDIA, striving for the industrial manufacturing industry's increasingly critical and complex demands. From AI production inspection to personnel safety checks and digital twins, these AI solutions will enhance predictive capabilities, and boost production quality and efficiency while ensuring worker safety.
To ensure quality assurance, ADLINK has implemented its "AI-Powered Six-Sided Product Case Inspection," which utilizes the DLAP-411-Orin, an edge AI platform powered by the NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin™ module to inspect external defects before product shipments. This solution uses NVIDIA Omniverse to simulate product defects and AI video analytics to compare the actual product casing with its data. This significantly improves inspection accuracy to 99.6% and reduces inspection time by 80%, resulting in better yield rates and lower rejection rates. Moreover, it enables factories to diminish the requirement for defect samples in AI model training.
Additionally, the NEON-2000 JNX Series AI Smart Camera ensures effective accessory inspection during product packaging. Integrating the power-efficient NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX module, this camera delivers optimal AI visual inspection performance, allowing manufacturers to deploy effortlessly.
ADLINK’s AI Smart Factory has also deployed the NEON AI Smart Camera with EVA, the Low/No code GUI-based Edge Vision Analytics Software. In high voltage testing areas, AI recognition systems developed with EVA Software ensure that workers follow safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment, effectively reducing the risk of electric shock and fire.
Lastly, to address the complexity of modern production processes, ADLINK’s AI Smart Factory delivers digital twins achieved by the fusion of NVIDIA Omniverse with ADLINK's AI Edge Server. By providing real-time visualization, it brings fortified predictive capabilities, early defect detection, and a key to resolving potential production bottlenecks.
