The ADLINK PXIe-9908 is a PXI Express Source Measure Unit (SMU) designed for accurate measurements, such as Mini LED and Micro LED probing tests. This advanced SMU supports four quadrant current/voltage source and measure operations. It offers high precision with a current source and measure range from 100nA to 100mA. The unit features configurable voltage source and measure options of ±30V for 4 channels or -10V/+20V for 8 channels.
