  Ordering Information  
The ADLINK PXIe-9842 is a 1-CH 14-bit 200 MS/s digitizer designed for applications such as LIDAR testing, optical fiber testing, and radar signal acquisition. The 100 MHz bandwidth analog input with 50 ohm impedance is designed to receive ¡Ó1 V high speed signal. With this simplified front-end design and high stable onboard reference, the PXIe-9842 provides not only high accuracy measurement results but also delivers high dynamic performance.

For applications that require data to be acquired and transferred in real-time, the PXIe-9842 utilizes the PCI Express x4 bus as its interface. When signals are converted from analog to digital data, the data will be transferred to host system memory continuously because of the high bandwidth of the PCI Express.
Dynamic Performance
The PXIe-9842 features 100 MHz high bandwidth analog input optimized to receive ¡Ó1 V high-speed signals with 50 £[ impedance. It also features superior dynamic performance that includes a 11.3 effective number of bits (ENOBs) and a 70 dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) with an input frequency of 10MHz sine wave. The benefit of PXIe-9842's exceptional dynamic characteristics is especially apparent in radar signal acquisition, optical fiber sensing, and LIDAR applications.
