GEME (General Embedded Machine Engine) is an innovative PC-based embedded platform designed for FA (Factory Automation) and MA (Machine Automation) system integrators, value-added resellers, and end users that require a reliable system to run their industry-specific solutions in hazardous production lines.

GEME features a rugged and compact chassis with all connectors accessed via the front panel for easy installation and maintenance. It is designed with a specialized cooling system implementing a fan-less CPU to eliminate thermal issues that exist in many systems. Flexible storage options let users choose between CompactFlash or a 2.5" HDD according to need.

Although the GEME base unit is a complete system, ADLINK provides additional solutions for customers needing optional extension PMC or PC/104 motion, vision, I/O, communication, or HSL (High Speed Link) modules.
